Free delivery- water heater free delivery is applicable up to municipal city limits, post these limits additional charges will be applicable. Free delivery, up to 11 kilometres for a single product; free transportation, up to 25kms for 3 or more products.

Free installation- Free Installation includes labour based activity for lifting and fitting of the newly purchased and supplied water heater and attaching the connections to the plumbing inlet and outlets. Free installation does not include any additional activity e.g. plumbing or electrical or additional material e.g. connecting hoses, water inlet & outlet, pipe nipples, electrical fittings etc unless provided by the manufacturer with the water heater. Replacement- 7 days Replacement This item is eligible for free replacement by Orangewater.in, within 7 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damage during delivery and/or installation, defectiveness seen during installation or different item delivered to you. Post installation, manufacturer warranty terms starts and are applicable accordingly. Free replacement will not be applicable for items gone defective due to dry heating or installation which has not been done by orangewater team or any other manufacturer authorised installer. Please keep the item in its original and unused condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing replacement.
